Return & Exchange
For exchange of non-faulty products, we offer free-exchange of the products with customers pay the shipping fee for sending the products to us and the new products.
For return of non-faulty products, we will charge 20% re-stocking fee of the products and shipping is not including of the return.
For faulty products and defective products, we offer full refund for customers.
Step 1: Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with quoting your order number and the exchange request.
Step 2: Customer service will evaluate your request and contact you for the return & exchange.
Note: Please write "Return products not acceptable" on the outside of the package to avoid any custom tax (import tax) may bill to the sender if you return & exchange from outside of Canada.
